By proceeding with your booking on Extend, you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. This agreement is legally binding and forms the basis of your temporary occupancy. If you do not agree, please cancel your booking before submitting payment.
1. Temporary Occupancy Only
Your stay is considered a short-term, transient arrangement. No tenancy is created. Each extension is treated as a new agreement.
2. Booking Duration
You agree to stay only for the period listed on your booking confirmation. Extensions must be made through Extend and approved by the host.
3. Booking Rules Agreement
You agree to follow all listed booking rules including:
– No unauthorized guests or parties
– Respect noise policies and quiet hours
– Use the home respectfully and responsibly
4. Compliance with Law
You agree to obey all federal, state, and local laws, including short-term rental regulations.
5. Security and Damages
You agree to pay for any damages caused during your stay. A security deposit may be held or charged accordingly.
6. No Tenant Rights
You waive any tenant protections applicable to long-term leases. This agreement does not grant residency rights.
7. Right of Entry
Hosts may access the property in an emergency or with notice for inspections or maintenance. See Terms of Service.
8. Enforcement & Removal
Hosts may terminate occupancy and remove guests who violate terms, overstay, or behave unlawfully.
9. Guest Service Fee
Guests agree to pay a service fee for booking through the Extend platform. The service fee is subject to change without notice.
10. Reduced Security Deposit
Guests agree to pay a security deposit for each booking. The reduced security deposit amount will be less than 1 month or significantly less to no deposits, depending on the host preferences as well as the duration of stay.
11. Concierge Services and Wellness Amenities
Extend offers guests access to a range of concierge services and wellness-focused amenities, designed to enhance the quality of each stay. These may include, but are not limited to: housekeeping, private chefs, wellness treatments, grocery delivery, in-home fitness equipment, air and water filtration systems, cold plunge tubs, and more.
Availability of services and amenities is not guaranteed and may vary by property, location, or host. Some features may be:
- Included as standard within the rental,
- Offered by individual selection on a per-service basis,
- Accessible through an Extend subscription plan or third-party vendor partnerships.
Guests are encouraged to review the listing details and confirm availability of specific services or amenities prior to booking or arrival. Extend will make best efforts to coordinate guest requests, but does not guarantee fulfillment of all concierge or amenity requests, especially during peak periods or due to third-party constraints.
By booking a property on the Extend platform, guests acknowledge that the use of any optional services or wellness features is voluntary and subject to the terms of use, liability waivers, and health disclaimers provided by hosts, vendors, or Extend.
